Showcase your work in beautiful Key West, Florida this winter! In 2021, The Old Island Days Art Festival celebrates 56 years as one of Key West's iconic cultural events among affluent island locals and world-wide travelers. Due to COVID-19 social distancing mandates we are changing the location for 2021 to the newly renovated Truman Waterfront park which overlooks the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and Historic Seaport Bight. We are also blending our January Key West Craft Show into the Old Island Days Art Festival to produce a high quality Art & Fine Craft event.
The Old Island Days Art Festival is sponsored by The Key West Art Center, a nonprofit community art center. The show has grown from a local to a national juried show and attracts nearly 25,000 visitors in the two-day event including locals, winter residents and tourists. Proceeds from the show help support the programs of the Art Center as well as maintain the historic building that houses their gallery at 301 Front Street, in historic Old Town Key West. The show accepts approximately 100 exhibitors. Our concentration is in fine 2D and 3D art, however, we do accept a small percentage of high quality fine craft artists in the categories of functional ceramics, jewelry and fiber. We strive to provide a variety of artistic media to the public and patrons in an effort to make The Old Island Days Art Festival both a high-quality art experience and a broad exposure to art.
The Old Island Days Art Festival takes place the last full weekend in February each year
